Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe: We kindly ask that you give us at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a chance to offer the slot to someone else and tweak our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation Fee: If you do need to cancel within that 72-hour window, we'll need to charge a 50% cancellation fee. This helps cover the costs of keeping that appointment slot open and ensures we can still serve our other clients effectively.
Notification: Just give us a shout as soon as you can to let us know about any changes. You can reach us through our website, by phone, or via email - whatever works best for you!
Exceptions: We totally get that life doesn't always stick to the plan. If something unexpected comes up, just get in touch and we'll do our best to work something out that suits everyone.
No-Show Policy: If you can't make it and forget to give us a heads-up, unfortunately, we'll have to charge the full service fee. It's just to make sure our time and resources are used wisely and fairly.
